Respawn and EA have announced a new version of Apex Legends featuring the in game character, Pathfinder. This version, called the Pathfinder Edition, will come with some exclusive cosmetics, two of which are for Pathfinder. The other gear includes gun charm and a skin for the Havoc along with 1,000 Apex Coins. This isn't the first time that a special edition has been released for Apex, before we have seen Lifeline, Bloodhound and Octave.
The Pathfinder Edition was released on Tuesday, the same day it was announced. The main item in the special edition is the Full Metal Robot Pathfinder skin and the First Blood Havoc skin, both available only through this edition. There is also the Molotov Cocktail gun charm and the Lone Bot badge, with the Lone Bot Badge only being able to be used with Pathfinder since it’s made for his banners.
This special edition is available for $19.99, which isn't too bad of a price considering what you're getting. 1,000 Apex Coins is roughly $10, which is included, then you have the exclusive skins on top of that, so its a well spent package for those Pathfinder fans out there. The Season 5 patch notes which went out alongside the new season’s start two weeks ago included changes not only for Pathfinder but also for the Havoc weapon. Pathfinder’s signature grappling hook ability was nerfed with a new cool down of 35 seconds while the Havoc had its recoil increased in a variety of ways.
