Obsidian, the developers behind Grounded, are releasing a single-player Demo on PC and Xbox next month. Grounded is an upcoming survival adventure game which shrinks players down to the size of bugs and tasks you with surviving in the new gigantic back yard. Its essentially "Honey We Shrunk the Kids", but in video game form. Ealy game footage has already shown us that the game looks extremely fun. The best news though, we won’t have to wait long to be able to shrink down. Obsidian announced their plans to bring the single-player demo to the Xbox Insider program and the Steam Game Festival next month.
If you want to try Grounded on Xbox One, you’ll have to be registered as an Xbox Insider. The demo on Xbox Insider is also first come first serve, so its best to get in quickly, you can find more info by clicking this link. The demo cant be downloaded until it goes live, but better to be prepared.
However, if you don't get into the insiders demo, you can still play it on Steam. As part of the Steam Game Festival, the single-player demo will be available to download and play. Grounded‘s demo will run from June 8-14 on Xbox One and PC. The game is set to launch on both platforms July 28.
