Picture of PS5 Console is Concept art only
Sony has updated the official PlayStation 5 website ahead of its possible PS5 reveal in early June. However, its currently unclear as to what the actual "update" means. Sony hasn't stated what's in the update or even why an update was made, but PlayStation fans are convinced that the information is in regards to the PS5. Some fans are diving deeper and trying to connect the dots between the website update, and the possible unveil of the PS5 sometime in early June.
Sony hasn't disclosed any official reasons as to why their website was updated, butPlayStation fans noticed some new key words including "lightning speed" and "stunning games."
There's also a section of the site that's currently not displaying, which could suggest that Sony may be blocking something. However, it's could also be as simple as a website technical issue. The current rumors and reports have the PS5 reveal taking place sometime within the first two weeks of June. This of course isn't official, and it's also subject to change, possibly due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The sources in question though are quite reliable, and have given valid information in the past. If the reports are true, Sony will need to announce the event sooner rather than later, and this PlayStation 5 site update may hint at this announcement.
